Certificate IV in (NRT) Advertising Course No 17852 Training Pkg Business Services National Code BSB40107 This qualification prepares you for work in a wide variety of advertising contexts. By selecting appropriate electives, you can gain knowledge and skills in advertising research, developing advertising strategy, media planning, selection and placement, copywriting, advertising production, client management and marketing. Entry requirements: Preferred pathways: Certificate III in Business or other relevant qualification, or evidence of competency in the majority of units in Certificate III in Business or other relevant qualifications or work experience in job roles such as customer service adviser, o ce assistant, clerk, junior personal assistant or o ce administration assistant, preferably in an advertising agency, an advertising department or a media planning agency. You will learn about a range of business equipment, procedures and technology as well as dealing with customers and clients, writing skills for work, organising yourself and handling mail. You can do this qualification as part of a traineeship. Business, Management and Property Services Janette Mitchell Certificate IV in Business Marketing Janette Mitchell, from Numbla Vale in the Snowy Mountains, found studying through OTEN the most practical and easiest option given her busy schedule running the family farm. "OTEN study fits in with life so easy," Janette said. "As I progressed through the course I could see how I could use this information in the tourism business we were proposing to start, so I was keen to learn more." After completing the course Janette started Stone Bridge Tours, taking tourist groups through the spectacular natural scenery of their farm.
